Bylsma was talking about Pittsburgh needing to play a tighter defensive system.
While I agree with that, the strength of that team is their offense. Shutdown D just may expose them as a team. |

What a play by Giroux and Jake..
Can't wait to hear the Negative Crew on this thread find something to complain about with that goal. - opeth_pa
Talbot wouldn't have needed to dive to keep that puck in |

They certainly don't cheer much when the Flyers score. - Hextall271
Meh. I find it ironic myself. Making fans who dare criticise out to not be fans or some BS.
If you cant handle someone saying something negative about the team, management or a player when clearly mistakes are made (example being that first goal this evening), kind of makes you seem like a wussy to me. Or lets all just post beautiful things about rainbows and unicorns.
Whatever. Different strokes for different folks.

Lets get real here. Who has played better this year. Downie or Talbot.
Whats the big deal in admitting that. God forbid! Nobody is burning a Flyers sweater. |

Yeah but the thing is there is a difference between trolling around about a trade and "criticizing".
People hate the first one, but are certainly fine with the second one.

Hall Gill at his current contract, or Dion Phaneuf for 7 million/per season I believe?
I would rather take Gill in a second. |

I know and agree bud.. when I am watching games, I cheer for the team and have orange coloured glasses.. I do try to look at the team objectively though when assessing strengths and weaknesses.. |

Well, that was kind of my point.. It's funny because he isn't all that bad when he's not required to skate anywhere.. |

I'd say Talbot has played better this year. I have no trouble admitting that. Not even a little bit.
But when someone comes on here and says "LOL DOWNIE SCRATCHED AGAIN HE SUCKS TALBOT'S NOW ON THE 50 WIN AVS LOL LOL" for the 30th (frank)ing time, it's not "criticizing" anymore. |
