I called back around Christmas to find out how much it cost to have the nameplate changed. Make sure you tell them if you're a season ticket holder though, because it changes the price. So, NF in your case make sure you give them the name of the person that your tickets are under. That's what I had to do. The register lets them type it in and pick the appropriate person.
