I think they would rather trade the pick then take him. If a team in the top 5 will give you a 2015 1st to move up say 3 spots for Ekblad, take it

Draisaitl didnt have any teammates in Prince Albert. He ran the show. Hes heavier. Plays C. No way is MDC "way better". Plus MDC wasnt the same when Laughton was at WJC.

I hope you mean Buffalo wont get lucky enough to win, and that they will get shafted out of their luck to win, and not shafted by actually losing if they do. Because they have a higher chance to lose anyways, go into this expecting to pick #2. I am.

Reading the comments the last few pages, it would seem that, after we pick in June, there are going to be a bunch of unhappy Sabres fans.

I hope you mean Buffalo wont get lucky enough to win, and that they will get shafted out of their luck to win, and not shafted by actually losing if they do. Because they have a higher chance to lose anyways, go into this expecting to pick #2. I am.

If Sabres go Reinhart, obviously I'll be ecstatic.

If Sabres go Ekblad, I'll be completely fine with it.

If Sabres go Bennett, I'll be somewhat disappointed since I think Reinhart & Ekblad will have more of an impact on a team than Bennett will, but I'll still be okay with it.

Theres not a scenario where I'll be completely unhappy. We're going to be bad next year and get a hell of a forward (McDavid, Eichel, Barzal...) so I'm not worried if its Ekblad.

Draisaitl was lazy as poop in the WJC and played like dog poop in the playoffs i was hoping he show something vs the oil kings

but he did nothing i'm just not a fan of his Skating..

he does have that Elite passing i will give him that ..

Elite passing is a subject of someone being able to do something with the pass too. Think of a great quarterback and receivers that can't catch the ball.

I refuse to pay rotowire for something like that. Anyone have a good place to find or download a pdf of a draft kit?

Ask the Oilers fans how they feel when they continued to pass over D for the same undersized wingers each year.. Its the same thing only reverse for Buffalo... We cant afford to waste a pick this high on defense. We haven't drafted this high since 1987... We need to take a forward here and not look back..

yeah thats best I can find, but really doesn't help the old guys int he office. I had to organize this thing to be able to do it but team by team thats easy to read will make this thing go much more smoothly. Thanks for the help though
