Hartnell needs to spend a little less time in the hair care products aisle and more on the scoresheet. |

Its just not even close. Another 2nd period disaster. Bad Flyer PP.
First round fodder until we can start matching some of these D units in the playoffs |

How is this on Akeson? Not singing his praises but the flyers offensive prowess is pretty impotent.
They are spending waaaaaaay to much time in their own zone. After two periods G hasn't had a shot. Enough said. |

Am I happy they appear to be on the way to losing this game, nope.
All the people making comments though tell me which goals are on Emery? - opeth_pa
Don't ask; it's just not something that anyone wants to give anybody any slack

Again, its one game. They need to lose 4.
However the inability to break out, or sustain any kind of offensive pressure is a concern. |

They only need to take one game on the road. It doesn't have to be this one - eayost
No but after scoring first this should have been they game they won. No excuse for not showing up to a playoff game. They are so flat it's sick. |

Can see it on his face. Really sucks for him, but at the end of the day I wouldn't blame him.
They were outplayed far before those penalties. |

Very very true on both points.
Also, the ineptitude of all the special teams unit better not be a trend or else our beards aren't going to get much longer. |

......and the inability to win at MSG. TSN said it's been 8+ in a row or something and the Flyers haven't scored more than 2 goals in any of those games. |

Up until that unfortunate high sticking penalty I'd go as far to say that Akeson has been one of the Flyers better forwards in this game. He slipped and fell down causing the accidental high-sticking penalty. - Pixote Andolini
no he got carried away and tried to lay a hard hit on hagelin from a bad position.....just like schenn negating the pp..... bad decision from a young player that didn't need to happen |

I am worried it is a matchup issue. We can't seem to compete well vs them and zero. I mean zero pressure on lundqvist |

True, but there's always hope for a goal against the grain. Not after that though.

I don't think they were flat but I do think they were concerned with the D enough to be sloppy offensively. |
