It has everything to do with reputation. That's the price you guys pay for being the Broadstreet Bullies back in the day and still encouraging that physical and borderline illegal culture to this day. That, coupled with the fact that it's at MSG, is a big reason you guys aren't getting as many calls as you think you should.

Regardless, the Flyers are still taking stupid penalties. They see they're getting called for soft penalties and yet they continue taking them and even taking blatant ones.
