I owe you an apology. You said resilience would be why they would win and it was pretty much that. They still had trouble getting puck out of zone, still had poor gap control (leading to incessant icings). They were better in the offensive zone but really the main quality was showing heart and determination. Rangers had just 7 shots on net down by 1 in the 3rd and I think only 2 in the first 10 mins of the period.

They battled today. Still had some areas that I could nitpick about. But they got the split at MSG. And really hope that it snow balls to raise their confidence level against the Ranger. Now it's time to hold serve. I still think this is going to go 6 or 7 games. And I don't know if it's been said or not. Lots of player involved in winning, but my player of the game is Ray Emery. I thought he was great today.
