Going into the 2004 playoffs, the Devils had completely owned the Flyers. What happened? The Flyers put it behind them, out worked the Devils, and won the series in 5!

It's crazy how the Germans started all these things on Christian holidays. Saint Nicholas would fill boots up with candy on the front porches of homes for Christmas morning (if the children were good they got candy, bad coal) and on Easter Sunday a bunny would bring colored eggs and candy to those children that were good.

Those Germans love their candy I guess!

Wish in one hand, poop in the other... Im completely ok with a sweep this series ... They need another long offseason to retool and come back strong, hopefully for a change hungry too.

Im not negative tho... Just keeping it real... Hey they could all the way this year but the deck is stacked heavily against them. A lot of positives this year tho. I think certain players like bschenn, couturier, simmonds and even mason all took bigstrides... Voracek had a good season, i dont think luke schenn is as bad as some make him out to be... I think he's overhyped but he should become a very good shutdown bonecrushing dman... Kinda like ken daneyko was. So there ya have it... This year's team, young and overachieved a bit... Not that negative at all.

You might not be negative, but you're definitely trying to push buttons. Personally, I don't give a poop, but let's not act like you're not trolling your own boards.

Flyers can beat the Rangers with either Mason or Emery in net. The Rangers aren't exactly a stacked team full of elite players. And I choose to believe they are going to come out today and take it to the Rags.

Also, they need to keep testing McDonagh's shoulder. He wants to play with an injury, good for him, let's make sure he feels it.
