He's not even moving his feet. He's either hurt really bad or protesting the team. - Flyersgod
I personally see it as Berube focusing too hard on "shutting down" instead of attack.
That top line, and the top players haven't played enough in any of the games. Penalties are a factor but that's not good enough by Berube. |

Flyers have more problems than Carcillo putting his glove in a face. Do we really want that stuff called? - eayost
Carcillo crosschecked the crap out of 2 players after the whistle.
Timonen needs to be stapled to the bench. (frank) his ego or his contract.
8 total Ranger goals in 2 games and 1 period so far. 7 periods of play, 8 goals for the Rangers.
Timonen on the ice for 5. Coburn on the ice for 6. |

Is there a reason (according to nhl boxscore) that Giroux has played under 3 minutes?
What the (frank). - flyer_nutter
Probably because he's doing absolutely nothing.....

I was hoping the 8pm start time would trick them - PhillySportsGuy
Maybe they should have started the game at 10? |

It would explain why they were so good on west coast trips |

That's true man. However, This is the Fraude Giroux so far this series. He's been a complete non factor. I'm furious with him. Complete no show. |

and if he is injured to the point that he's being manhandled by St Louis, then he shouldn't be in the fn lineup! |

I know. This is a huge game. Must win. It's worth the equivalent of 3 wins. How could they come out flat? |

At this point they do need him to perform, I do agree about secondary scoring but he needs to pick it up. |

Well he's had a guy who could win the Norris glued to him throughout the first two games. I think it's early to get on him.
Secondary skill threats, or lack thereof is the real issue... |

Being first to the puck and making the other team continuously chase it is a big story in this series.

The thing that concerns me in general about the Flyers offense is that there are 2 kinds of goal . The individual effort (Voracek, Simmonds) or the blast from the point. The latter is 90%. There is never the pass that finds the open man. Unlike the other way around.

Completely invisible. They spend too much time standing still.
Brian Boyle, the beast of the Rangers 1st line with a break away.
I watch this crap and I find it impossible for me to want them to come back. They deserve to get beat. |
