Matt Cooke has an in-person hearing. So 6+.

If he does I'm sure it will be as accurate as the Rinaldo piece. That was spot on, imho.
- Scoob

I thought it was slightly overboard. He gave Rinaldo zero credit for making an effort to clean up his act. In terms of delivering clean hits and becoming a serviceable hockey player Rinaldo had come a long way until that Sabres game. Yes he still fought and took dumb penalties. However, he definitely cleaned up his game.

I do not think Rinaldo is a great player. He definitely has less incidents than Cooke and Neal. So I thought the blog was just a bit overboard. Especially when other suspensions were not addressed. Just my thoughts.

I thought Rinaldo's suspension was accurate. I think all suspensions should be twice as much as they are now.

Under these new rules, I don't think he would be considered a repeat offender. That was a disgrace what he did. Guy should be out of the League.

I don't care what anyone says, what he did to Erik Karlsson was intentional. Not to mention his blatant head shot ended Marc Savard's career.

I was referencing Paul Stewart's blog not the length of suspension. I thought the remainder (4 games) of the regular season was appropriate.

I have a feeling whoever wins tonight will take a lead in the series.
- BulliesPhan87

That seems like a stretch. I think its safer to assume that whichever team doesn't win tonight will be down a game.

I hear you. I've forced myself to realize that there is no such thing as free time anymore. Just time. I'm always in such a rush to get to a certain point in the day that i skip over important moments in the day.

Like the Flyers are on at 8 tonight. So i have to make sure i really play with my son when i get home from work instead of "kinda" play with him but really am just killing time until the Flyers come on.

Makes me angry. Work 40 hours a week. 15 hours a week driving to and from work. 5 hours a week getting ready and making my lunch.

60 hours just for a job that pays me 45k.

I think I read he won't be a considered a repeat offender when it comes to the financial penalty, but not the amount of games.....something like that.

FYI if you do a google search for "futurama memes", there is a smoke hot chick well worth taking a look at.

Don't know if i can say she is in her underwear or not, but it's awesome.

I hate to be a killjoy... but that girl is Kate from Kate's Playground and she has a goddamn flipper for a foot. It is horrifying and you will not be able to unsee it, so certainly do not google it.

I still vividly remember how nervous 10 year-old me was for that game, especially since the Islanders came back from an 0-3 deficit in their prior series.

Weddings suck. I'm planning one now. I wish I could have a destination wedding and not pay for anyone. It would weed out the ones who really aren't committed.

Oh ok... The financial aspect is the least of these players concerns. I think Cooke should be out of the NHL. He's a complete POS.

I worked at a restaurant he frequented in Old City. I don't think he would have been the most faithful companion.

- PhillySportsGuy

Oh, no way he'd be faithful. He, Richie, Carter, and Lupul all probably have 7-12 STDs from all the gettin' around they did. But I'm just talking from a modern-day Joey Lawrence heaththrob mindset.

I hope they dust that fossil off for a duet tonight.

That whole thing jumped the shark years ago.....

In my opinion.

Henrik Lundqvist has yet to be a factor in this series.

This has me sweating bullets... when/if Hank turns it on, the Flyers could be in trouble if they don't significantly improve their play over the first two games.

couldn't agree more - however, we know it's not happening - although i'm sure teams will be hesitant in signing him. I bet he gets over 20.

I did the Royal Carribean cruise. Got married right on the ship before we sailed. All the wedding guests got off....it was awesome.

Now...the rest of the marriage.....
