This has me sweating bullets... when/if Hank turns it on, the Flyers could be in trouble if they don't significantly improve their play over the first two games. - Tomahawk
yeah, he can steal a game or two - but we need to just keep shooting at feet and sticks and hope to screen him and get some dirty goals. |

The Rangers would have won game 1 with Eddie Giacomin in between the pipes. |

I did the Royal Carribean cruise. Got married right on the ship before we sailed. All the wedding guests got off....it was awesome.
Now...the rest of the marriage..... - MBFlyerfan
Marriage is kinda like binge drinking. It's fun for a little while, but then you feel like poop for a very long time! |

couldn't agree more - however, we know it's not happening - although i'm sure teams will be hesitant in signing him. I bet he gets over 20. - flyersfan51
I have no clue how a player like Cooke got the benefit of the doubt when it came to the situation with Karlsson. No question in my mind that was done with the intent to injure. |

apparently my aunt who married into the family was somehow related to the girl he married. so i guess its biologically fine for me to comment on how hot his wife was.
for the record, my aunt doesnt know a damn thing about hockey, but she at least knew enough to know he was with florida. apparently the girl went to school down there and met him - stayinthefnnet
That's wild

Weddings suck. I'm planning one now. I wish I could have a destination wedding and not pay for anyone. It would weed out the ones who really aren't committed. - PhillySportsGuy

Keep it small despite what both sets of parents want. I don't mean like small as in a quick trip to city hall... but intimate weddings are a heck of a lot more fun than all out galas.
Open bar is a must.
edit: also if you're not religious, I'd get a friend who means a lot to both of you to get ordained and then officiate. I had my best friend do ours, and it was fantastic. We kept it light but it was still solemn. Humor during a ceremony seems essential to me. |

I don't think small is possible with the fiance's family. On the bright side, they really like to party. |

Went to a dry wedding once... bride and groom were in some kind of strict cult... brought an aquafina bottle full of vodka... our table was the only one having any fun, lol. |

If it weren't a religious wedding, we'd be pursuing Jaromir Jagr as the officiant. |

yo, section 221 tonight!! stoked!
ONLY PROBLEM is that i'm coming off a dumb throat infection and my Dr. told me to "shut the voice down" for the week. i guess i'll just be banging my fists in the air and...clapping?...really loud!?
me and my buddy really want to go all out Legion of Doom style with spiked shoulder pads and stuff and fake razor wings!!! seems pretty hard work and would most likely rather just drink the bag of beers i bring on the subway. |

that's freaking awesome - my buddy and I are going up to the local bar near me (awesome craft beers) then heading over - I might pack a couple of what I have at home for the walk from the parking lot. |

having a friend is definitely fun and more personal, but you'd be surprised how nervous it makes them. we just got married and didn't tell ANYONE outside of our parent/grandparets. we also had one friend each (the wife's decision...i wanted it to be SUPER secret). we rented this killer place called Lemon Hill Mansion behind boat house row. had 11 people at the ceremony, it was easy and awesome, then all of our friends/family got their invites the next day to the party we're having at YARDS. we were never "engaged" at all so it kind of blew everyone's minds.
for those that still are looking to get hitched, i highly recommend. |
