an absolute joke. i cannot stand the reffing in the NHL anymore.
you had the whistle up to your mouth for a reason. just blow it. - stayinthefnnet
exactly. he was in perfect position. no obstruction of his view. no view of the puck. what the (frank) was he waiting for? i guess he was waiting for williams to shove stalock back with his stick and for the puck to squirt loose over the goal line. |

theyre game is largely predicated on speed from the back end. they unloaded their plodding netmover last year for quite the haul. |

i genuinely dont know. its hard to not assume that they have a motive when things are that blatant. its just sickening anymore. and i dont want to sound spoiled. even in the pens wins, and even when its to their benefit sometimes, the reffing in this postseason has been almost to the point of ruining some games. |

it's really embarrassing. it's like watching an old wwf tag team match when the referee gets "distracted" by one guy in the ring or the manager and his partner then pulls a chair out from under the ring and smashes the other guy over the head. then the referee turns around right after that to see the "distractor" pin the chair smashed guy without a fight. match over.

its sad but yeah its true. you can almost call the calls now, or the non calls. especially apparent in the pens columbus series, since one team was usually up 2 or 3 goals. during that time, the other team could do ANYTHING they wanted. theyd usually be the ones getting the PP. gotta have momentum calls for the team coming back. i get it. you want exciting games. but just stop. letting the score dictate the game is pathetic. get your (frank)ing poop together. you cannot continually be this glaringly incompetent without an ulterior motive. |

the head seems so disproportionate to the rest of the body. that's what disturbs me the most. the expression next. and then the things on the bed that i can't quite tell what they are, after that. |

there's no indication it will ever be any different. i know they're completely unrelated, but i'm glad that shannaban is at least out of the home office and not making decisions anymore. |

the disciplinary stuff is grossly inconsistent as well. until the league starts to punish the act, and not the result, there is no real incentive to change. if you do a poopty play, the fortune of not having the guy get hurt shouldnt exonerate you.
just everything. i love this game so much, but man it loves to (frank) itself. |
