I really thought the Rangers would be more sluggish than last night. If they get a lucky bounce the Pens could be in trouble. This sitting back crap should be a bench minor.

i was happy when they got him as well. i was mistaken. i dont know if hes never been healthy or what, but he is an anchor. there isnt one player he has been paired with that he has not made worse.

Has Crosby drawn a penalty yet??? It's pathetic what the nhl allows playoff hockey to be played like. A great sport watered down at the best time. It's like if the nfl allowed pass interference in the playoffs. Ruins the game.

I was also pretty stoked when he was signed. But in 09 he was a bottom D player and his stock jumped in those playoffs. Not sure he's ever been that great, likely a product of the LA system after an above average 09 playoff.

He was anything but bottom pair in 2009. Letang and Eaton were the bottom pair. He was actually the shutdown pair with Gill.
