Lets not forget that the Pens had the worst record the year before, but got jump because the Capitals won the lottery and got Ovechkin. They had the best chance to get the #1 pick in the draft. If they get Ovechkin the year before, they most likely don't get Crosby. Was it lucky on their part, yeah, but to say it was fixed is just being a troll.

Like i said, i understand why some Pens fans are pissed off. Personally, i think it should have been a penalty, but not to the point where it was a suspendable offense.
