I didnt think he was a jackass like that but I guess I was wrong. We tried to get Hossa, Heatley, Nylander and others. It didn't work. We could've kept trying to live in mediocrity like Calgary, adding middle of the road players that weren't good enough to get us in the playoffs anyway. There was also dissension in the locker room and a bunch of bad contracts. We had to tear it down and build from scratch.
