Do you guys think Luke schenn is moved this off season? I think he'd be a decent fit for the oilers as we could use a meaner third pairing right shot dman. Would you be able to fill his spot internally if a prospect was sent?

If Luke is moved, it will be as part of a deal to bring in a quality, mobile dman. Pretty sure that Edmonton doesn't have one of those to spare.

Exactly. Flyers want a winger for Giroux or Schenn and Vinny doesn't fit that role. He is 4th line center. I'd like to give him another year but there is no room. We are better off trying to trade him and use the cash on Backup goalie and 4th line Center like Halpern and then use Timonen's 6 mill on a 1st line or 2nd line Winger. Prongers contract is going to be an issue as well as we have to be under the cap before the season starts before he goes on LTIR.

I'd prefer a better skater with Giroux. Hartnell can play with Schenn and Raffl with Coots and Read

Part of the problem is the people who love to grade a draft before they've even taken a snap at the NFL level.
