Exactly. Flyers want a winger for Giroux or Schenn and Vinny doesn't fit that role. He is 4th line center. I'd like to give him another year but there is no room. We are better off trying to trade him and use the cash on Backup goalie and 4th line Center like Halpern and then use Timonen's 6 mill on a 1st line or 2nd line Winger. Prongers contract is going to be an issue as well as we have to be under the cap before the season starts before he goes on LTIR.
I'd prefer a better skater with Giroux. Hartnell can play with Schenn and Raffl with Coots and Read - xShoot4WarAmpsx
P.A. Parentaeu would be one of my top targets this offseason. |

Carcillo has more goals! Clearly he should have been on the Canadian Olympic team. |

You might be right. But if the Rangers score 1st it might be more of what we just saw tonight. Boring, hacking, AV style hockey.
Also how amazing is it that Rick Nash still has yet to score a goal.
For one of the more celebrated 'power forwards' in the league. He definitely no-likey physical contact. - Pixote Andolini
i refuse to believe the pens will choke 3 straight games to ny, 2 of them on home ice. |

I dislike them both. I want the Pens to lose this round because it will be another choke job, another disappointing season where it's the Cup or questions of heart and chemistry for such a talented team with arguably 2 of the top 5 players in the world on the roster. That's priceless. And the moaning and groaning from the Pens' fanbase is the cherry on top.
Then I want the Rangers to lose next round, preferably to the Habs. If the Habs don't go any further, I really don't have any rooting interests one way or another. And sadly, the hockey season will be nearly over.
But I am looking forward to going to the draft. I just hope ticket prices are reasonable. |

I would imagine we'd hear soon about tix going on sale and for how much, right? I mean, it's only a little more than a month away and some fans are likely waiting to make travel arrangements and whatnot. |

it sucks the rangers are going to have dispatched both of our respective gangs, in a boring and soul sucking manner. |

I was talking to Davies and she said something about a "lottery", where it's more or less a formality and anyone who enters gets tickets.
Now, I'm sure it won't be free, but it's the damn draft- tickets can't be any more than 40 right??
RIGHT?! |
