that last play by the rangers is so annoying. one 100 ft pass and they get a great scoring chance.

they do. but yet again. it took too long to elicit this. they couldnt let the rangers score first. they did.

you have to give the rangers some credit here...they defend their zone incredibly well. all 5 guys are street hockey goalies.

I sort of agree with him on Lecavalier being a bad contract. At the very least, because he doesn't fit anywhere easily.

I don't understand how Lecavalier doesn't fit easily with this team. He's had a career of being a possible hall of fame center, why change his natural position for young players who've actually played outside of this position? I'm positive Lecavalier could have got more then 4.5 elsewhere. Andy MacDonald who has proven nothing has gotten more from the Flyers. How is scoring 20 goals a bad season (Not saying you said this)?

I did ask yesterday if Wayne Simmonds ever played outside of RW yesterday. Some says he's played LW, which I don't believe he has but he has come down on the rush from the left side, which might be a safe bet. However Giroux and Couturier are not leaving center and why not? Because it works in the best interest of the team, as it should for Lecavalier.

This "problem" we're having with Lecavalier, we may end up having with Scott Laughton in the future, so put Schenn on the wing now !

Even when he played center, his line consistently got outshot by the opposing team-and his lines tended to play sheltered minutes. The bottom line is, despite an acceptable goal total, Lecavalier didn't play well and didn't fit into the system Berube used well.

Was part of it injury? Probably. But he's been hurt in each of the last four seasons. At some point is has to be about finding guys that can fit in, rather than trying to make adjustments to fit one guy in.

I'd love to see anyone do that.

Bylasma did well his first season coaching, but since that time I think he is a very over rated coach. He has all that talent, but can't get them to play when it matters. Also he got completely out coached at the Olympics.

Not watching the game because I really can't like either team. Not sure which team I'd rather win, but if push comes shove I'd have to say the Rags. But no way do I want them getting to the cup.
