Next year's just gonna be one of those "get it over with" kind of years, where the growth of the young players is how you measure it.

I wish I was more optimistic, but the team is better set up for 2015-16, and it'd be nice if they dumped a contract before then so they have some flexibility

I just don't think that Timonen resigns next year unless he is sure that there is a chance the flyers can win the cup. I really don't want a porous defense. I think that can hurt the development of the kids just as much.

Anyone else feel the Flyers are phucked next season? I dont feel changes coming. Which is sad.

I'm not sad, because there is not that one or two moves to be made that puts this team in contention.

Don't make the mistake that Leafs fans made last year.

Just because the Leafs kept up with the Bruins last year in a 7 game series didn't make them contenders the following year.
