I told you earlier that he back reads like a b!tch. He'll be back here flaring like a pack of hemorrhoids when he sees a couple presents I left him....

Ok, seriously, what's up with your boner for the Hawks? I've been seeing it constantly in Hawks threads, and I just don't get it with you being a Wild fan. Let's try and keep the Kings thread clear of it, please.
- PancakesPenner

And yet you come into the Hawk thread and. get pissy with Gump. (frank) off. Gump. You post your poop where the (frank) you want.

Where do you get your metaphors from?

Similes?

You make them up?

Impressive.

Can't knock their enthusiasm, no matter how delusional and far-fetched it may be. Still a long ways to go to close this one out.

There's room to sign Vanek, but then what do you do when Granlund, Nino, Coyle, Haula and Brodin are due big raises in the next 2 years. It's going to be fun to see what happens.

Very true that things are far from over - the Kings are hard to kill, typically. I have respect for the Kings.

Seems the Wild are starting to have "good team" problems; finding money to pay good players.

I think we should start inducting quotes, comments, or thoughts into a Blackhawk Hockey Buzz Hall of Fame....BHHBHOF

My nominees are:

Q doesn't like playing kids.....

Tim Thomas has been blacklisted by the NHL for skipping the white house visit....

Without a 2C this team has been exposed......

With Handzus playing the rest of the league, like the San Jose Sharks has passed the hawks by

Give Pirri a chance

Bowman doesn't have the stones to pull off a big trade...

Hossa is playing scared....

We need Steve Ott....this team could use a little red ass....

Trade Toews & Kane now....can you imagine the return we would get....

Q doesn't have the players backs....

Trade Kane for Miller....

They'll never win a cup with Huet and Niemi in goal.

They'll never win a cup with Crawford.

Crawford is good, but not elite.

I keep expecting the Habs to cut this to 1 goal...but it just ain't happening.

Canada's "saviors" are running short on time.

All RFAs, no?

You worry about it then, and hope for a good increase in the Cap.

Like we are with Kane and Toews - who, unfortunately, are UFAs.

And if the Hawks survive this round while the Canadiens go quietly into the night, refresh my memory. Recall the Hawks looking awful twice against the Rangers this year. Perhaps everyone is underestimating them.

Could really use another net-presence guy, especially on the PP - can't have too many of those guys.

And Shaw is the best they have at that.

Loads of respect for the Kings. They have every right of winning the Cup as the Hawks do. Nevertheless, (frank) them... Hawks deserve it more!

After all these years, it's nice to finally have more than one option for any voids in the lineup. Hope this years playoffs experience was enough to push the kids to the next level. We'll see
