If it hasn't been already added or nominated, I'd like to submit this one, "Keith, Seabrook, Hossa and Sharp are all past their primes. They should be traded this offseason so the Hawks can get younger, faster, and more hungry"... - HawkintheD
StanBow should be fired. He'll screw up this team.

Wow - 20 years for the Rangers since the end of the cries of "1940" - and Messier's guaranteed win. |

IF there is enough interest I'll create a bracket of the "top" 16 quotes/thoughts/post of the year and we can crown a champion....all open voting....all voting and discussion will be done on non game nights....it'll be fun.
anyone? - UnnamedSource
I'm down. Just save that idea for sometime in July - when we're all out of poop to talk about except wild trade ideas and line combos for the upcoming season... |

With Lundqvist playing like he did, yes. - StLBravesFan
There was not enough traffic in front of Henrik. Canadiens to me aren't that good defensively. Their coverage was awful as I saw them staring at loose pucks and giving up chances. How their speed isn't exposing guys like John Moore, Anton stralman and our old friend from the Preds Kevin Klein is beyond me. |

Would you move out of Literalville? We call that a figure of speech, and this particular one was aimed at your age. - mohel
Right. Gingerbread is having a negative effect of my figurative interpretations. |

Of course there will be lots of talk about the back-up goalie - Blutarski - and not much talk about the Habs scoring only once... - mohel
This is why I do not want to play the Rangers: king Henrik. The Habs came out flying. A whole period of domination with only getting 1 goal. The Habs wilted after that. That and the Rangers boring style |

I hope you are ready for a lo of abuse with that statement. I agree but things might get ugly around here - tomcat24
If my wife and I were actually around the house enough, we'd probably have a dog too.
I love dogs just as much as I love cats. However, dogs need more attention, and that's something we can't give. That would not be fair to a dog at all. |

Lundqvist was under tremendous pressure - including traffic - he handled (almost) all of it. |

In the Steve Gretzky Ott Division we have
2- This team is exposed without a 2C
7- Hossa is playing scared
4- Bowman doesn't have the stones to pull off a major trade
5- Give Pirri a chance
3- Sharp needs that "A" ripped off his sweater!
6- Q doesn't have the players backs
1- If Handzus is not sitting in the press box the hawks won't get past the first round
8- Craawford is a good goalies, not an elite goalie.
EDIT- will continue in July.....like ELi said...but send any suggestions. |

Quit you're damn worrying, boy!! Of course, there's some work to be done to get there, with another pretty good goalie. |

That is for sure. I see how much time and energy my brother's dog takes. She is a really nice dog though. I don't think he minds |

Henrik is hot right now but let's not compare the Habs to the Hawks. The talent and skill level is not close. I mean Renee Bourque is someone they are relying on for goals in key spots. Vanek is a ghost. Gianta and briere chip in but their best days are behind them. |

I get that. I like the attention. And when we come home from a restaurant with a little doggie bag and my dog acts like I must be the greatest hunter in the world.
We had a cat growing up and I just thought that thing was secretly plotting to kill me. |

a 1 seed? The A's off the sweater has to be a 1 seed. That was gold.
