Exactly it's actually cheaper to eat healthy and cook from home. Just don't buy ready made products that's were they get you bag salads are like six bucks buy all the ingredients and you can make six salads for that. - Yeti1181
Preaching to the choir. Living here, I know the ability to eat overly healthy. Beets, 5 for lunch with some balsamic vinegar takes 15 minutes and boom, about a 1 dollar lunch. |

I'm trying to get back to eating healthier again. This last year has been killer on me with my house torn apart, late hours and dad's illness have been hectic and my diet wasn't the greatest before that either.
Edit: i love beets. |

The last thing Toronto needs is an over inflated bad long term contract to try and fix their problems. I like Bozak and Kadri as the top 2 center...Why? because they're cheap and young and are only getting better. Bozak is perfect for the top line. You've got Kessel and JVR who can both make something out of nothing when they touch the puck, and Bozak is a guy who pretty much knows his role, which is to get the puck to Kessel or JVR. the second line is where they can spend a few extra bucks. Moulson or Vanek would be great playing on the left wing with Kadri and Lupul. After that I think they need to put all of their focus on Shutdown hockey for both forwards and defensemen. I'd love to see Toronto sign someone like Vernon Fiddler for a 3rd line shutdown center with Clarkson playing less of a main role and hopefully can bounce back and be a character guy that can still put the puck in the net the odd time. Peter Holland is a safe 4th liner...so in conclusion....NO, in IMO, the Leafs don't need to go out and spend money on a center. They need to put all of their cash into a reliable shutdown D-core that can play 5-5 hockey. |

Penner on a line with Stastny and Lupul would be doing the dirty work along the boards, and in front of the net. Ashton is cheaper, but he's a big guy who can't fight, can't score, and has no hockey sense. Heck, even McLaren can do one of those things. - The Shrike
and Penner can? atleast Ashton will step up and get his nose broke.. Penners days are done.. |

that's the idea...to have 2 legit scoring lines and then the rest being shutdown bangers build from the Defense out....see LA, St-Louis, Boston...etc. |

If you want offense, you can just trade for PAP and let us keep Stastny to play his shut down role on the 2nd line |

Moulson or Vanek on the second line with Lupul and Kadri? That line's sole purpose would be to play powerplay.
They need someone on that line who's more responsible. Kadri and Lupul can score already. We don't need more scoring. |

Boston has four line that can put in the net as well as play d with all four lines. LA has three and are all defensive reliable as well. |

We have a 5.25 per year cap hit on our third line for 6 more years. I'm sure someone will think Umberger is a steal at 4.5 for 2 or 3 years |
