I dunno, I never get scared by games where I have a weapon even DP2. Saw some footage of Outlast, that looks nightmarish. - AdamFrench
Go outside and play tennis or a real sport, get off the video games. |

Well...I'm boned
Is there any chance playing 10 hours of games a week can be fought off by my reading historical battle books and/or Freethinker literature through the ages for 12 a week? |

Oof, mediocre, if you ever see it get the Belgariad and the Melorian by David Eddings Well, could be worse, Tad Williams Memory, Sorrow and Thorn is probably the best written disappointment of all time for high fantasy. Such an amazing and sick story, to end in the lamest most pedestrian way. Only time I got violently angry at a book |

I have the original trilogy by Terry Brooks but never got around to reading them, hardback versions. So I thought I would give them a go.
I will look up your suggestions, while the wife watches her crap on tv, I read, lol. |

I was there, but too cold to go out on the water. Had a bunch of work to do on shore anyway. Man the water is cold. |

I have so many books, I now get them on the iPad, bookshelves are full. I'm also a fan of Clive Cussler and Michael Connelly books. - LeafMan
Ever read Christopher Hitchens? I'm currently read a collection of writings he put together from some of the most classical writings. |

Yeah he brings up a lot of good examples there of how hockey just doesn't get described as neatly by some of these stats as some people would like. People who latched onto analytics so fervently seem to me to be a little caught up in something that's too good to be true.
Sometimes I listen to Mirtle and I'm like oh gawd he's referencing analytics AGAIN, every team and player that comes up it's about these stats. - Zezel
Advanced stats aren't a joke.
Failing to recognize that they are flawed, in ways that have been pointed out MANY times, and failing to try to adjust the models is arrogant and idiotic.

I only tend to read The Forgotten Realms series. Oh (frank), I forgot about RA Salvatore and the Lone Drow. That was also sick! |
