I think Holland is mistaken, he played only two games in 2010-11, that does not qualify as a full season, he has only 3 full seasons in junior and under the dec 31st deadline of being 20.

He would of had to be born in 93'

you have to be 20 the year prior.. so next season he can play in the AHL

That is what I originally said, but Ken Holland contradicting this.

Ken Holland said on TV last night that he's done in the Q. He specifically said he'll be given chance at top 6 with the wings, and if he can't win that spot he'll go to the A.

the date is Dec 31.. if you arent 20 by Jan 1 of the year the season STARTS, you are not eligible.
