Difference is we've won a cup with this core. Crosby doesn't cry more then the next guy. Everyone goes to the ref when they feel they were just obstructed which by the way I believe he gets more then most players in the league. That argument is tired bro. He also will be collecting his 2nd mvp trophy this year. Go ahead bring up these past playoffs it's really the only thing you have going for your argument. - dbell646

You guys... Shero didn't get fired by accident.
The Edmonton Oilers traded Wayne Gretzky.
It's a business guys. Stop getting butthurt when I look at your team from a BUSINESS standpoint.
What you have will not work moving forward. |

You're not looking at it from a business standpoint I already explained that to you. Revenue generation with Crosby is greater then without. It's a business winning is revenue. Like it or not |

I hate this argument. Yes, we all know Gretzky got traded. It was a completely different era, and there were a lot of factors that went into that trade. |

Decent read on Anton Zlobin, someone who should get a good look at camp this fall...

I think it's exciting that young guys are likely to get greater opportunities in the future with new GM and Coach. Can't wait for the prospect game this summer. |

That's fine go to a business blog and talk it up, your hockey knowledge is embarrassing to everyone that reads your posts. Go lick your Goligoski poster. |

You answered yourself right there.... YOUTH. - rugdnit
and that could easily make us a NON PLAYOFF team if that youth doesn't develop. Some youth is needed ... loading up on it creates a problem. Teams that go in a youthful direction are most likely in rebuilding phases.
If said picks and prospects fail, then what do you have to show? Not too much. |

TIOPS is one of the best insiders and bloggers in the business. - joescullz
Hahaha. Yeah dude. He's pretty good at copying and pasting articles. Or are you talking about the 5 days he goes without posting something new? Or the money that he charges monthly for doing things such as not putting up a pregame article for freaking playoff games? |

Fan ?
NO.
I don't believe in putting on a jersey with another mans' name on it and cheering.
Fans have a very hard time being subjective. |

Red Wings' Justin Abdelkader making a name for himself at Worlds. Suspended for one game last week for a knee on knee hit, and today he got ejected for a high, late hit on Vladimir Sobotka

It's funny... 95% of the time that he says something, you can usually look on Twitter and in the 10 minutes prior, some one else posts the same thing jut worded differently. |

Absolutely. There were other factors as well.
Anybody is tradeable.
This team is currently married to a chronic complainer.
Being married to a complainer is not only exhausting.... Nobody wins. You are just getting older and hoping to die first. |
