I don't hate the idea as long as it's no more than 4 yrs. Preferably 3 years. If he had played all 82 games for Buffalo last year he'd of put up 54 points(based on his ppg avg while here).

Gotta be careful what kinds of contracts they hand out. At this stage of the rebuild, dollar amount doesn't mean as much as term, IMO.

I gotta think that a team closer to a Cup (i.e. anyone other than us ) could find a spot for one of the more prolific goal scorers of the past 5 years.

But if Matty Mo wants to play here (and by many accounts he loved playing for Nolan, and would be close to home), I could think of 100 worse guys to bring in.
