When the Leafs play in Van City, Edmonton, Ottawa, heck even Montreal is seems half the crowd are Leafs fans. I would argue they are just as, if not more popular, than the Habs.

He's a Kook, but I do believe he was on to something with Marleau.

Boyle never explicitly said anything about Marleau. However, he was quoted as saying, "I'm not the problem, I'm part of the solution". Could be reading too far into it, but I think he may be referring to Marleau. I've read a few different rumors suggesting he spoke at length with Doug Wilson about Marleau's demeanor on/off the ice.

Boyle was yelling at people and getting fired up. I saw Patty getting fired up too on the bench. Look back when it was Sturm and Marleau they used to get a ton of shorties and come back and held games down. Patty also has decent play off numbers overall.

Well I didn't see Marleau ever get fired up, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen I guess. Frankly, I don't care which one they trade, I just hope that if they do, they get a good return for them. I think they are both major contributors to the team lack of playoff success and getting rid of either at this point is a step in the right direction for the Sharks. I wish them both all the best either way.
