habs got owned, did someone tell these guys you need to score to win ahahahaha
new york, on behalf of the rest of canada, thank you for eliminating the habs.
and to the habs fans, i'm sure you must have actually thought you had a chance of winning the cup. this series has proved you guys are nothing without price. just an overrated team that cant even score a goal to save their team from being eliminated ahahahahha
try practising your diving this summer, maybe you will have better luck with all your embellishing next year.
OLE OLE OLE OLE AHAHAHAHAHAH

Detroit next year down the middle.....Datsyuk, Zetterberg, Weiss, Legwand, Thornton, Abdelkader, Helm, Sheahan, Anderson....did I miss anyone? - willey101
They are letting Legwand walk, Abbey was usually on the wing, and Andersson has already been offered up in trade talks.
If Jumbo Joe was involved in anything DET (which is most likely won't be), it would because Weiss is either still hurt or Datsyuk is going for surgery.
No joe I predict.

How was Legwand? We sure could use a 3C in Edmonton, I thought he would be a good fit, if he can still skate. |

I guess.....
Since the 2004/2005 lockout, their PPG's per playoff game:
Joe: 0.86PPG(71 point pace)
Henrik 0.85PPG(70 point pace)
Daniel: 0.83PPG(68 point pace) |

Nope, not going to happen. 'Hawks would beat the Blue Shirts. Kings would kill them. |

i honestly don't know why any team would want old expensive players like these two when they can score a young vinny on the cheap from philly - Flyfreaky
No offense, but I hope Vinny blocks several trades from his Full NMC. |

So we should just call it after this series then since there is no need to play the games?
If the Hawks or Kings go in with that attitude they will get a rude awakening. |

Habs are way more popular across Canada then the Leafs, Moron. - Jeropotato
While I don't agree with the poor sportsmanship being displayed by SensNucknocups I will respectfully disagree with you on that point.
When the Leafs play in Van City, Edmonton, Ottawa, heck even Montreal is seems half the crowd are Leafs fans. I would argue they are just as, if not more popular, than the Habs. |

Yes you did. You missed the best one of all...Luke (frank)ing Glendening. Glendening is going to win the Hart, Art Ross, Selke, Conn Smythe, Ted Lindsay and Rocket awards next season. Then Babcock will divorce his wife and marry him. |

Okay...more like this among Western Canadians.
25% of Western Canadians are Leafs Fans that hate the Canadiens.
15% of Western Canadians are Habs Fans that hate the Leafs.
5% of Western Canadians cheer on their home team and HATE the Canadiens
45% of Western Canadiens cheer on their their home team and HATE THE LEAFS!!!

He's a Kook, but I do believe he was on to something with Marleau.
Boyle never explicitly said anything about Marleau. However, he was quoted as saying, "I'm not the problem, I'm part of the solution". Could be reading too far into it, but I think he may be referring to Marleau. I've read a few different rumors suggesting he spoke at length with Doug Wilson about Marleau's demeanor on/off the ice. - sjsharks92
I think he was referring to Jumbo after being down by one goal going totally silent on the bench looking depressed and not watching the play on the ice. Boyle was yelling at people and getting fired up. I saw Patty getting fired up too on the bench. Look back when it was Sturm and Marleau they used to get a ton of shorties and come back and held games down. Patty also has decent play off numbers overall. |

Well I didn't see Marleau ever get fired up, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen I guess. Frankly, I don't care which one they trade, I just hope that if they do, they get a good return for them. I think they are both major contributors to the team lack of playoff success and getting rid of either at this point is a step in the right direction for the Sharks. I wish them both all the best either way. |
