I was a Miller supporter when he was here, it was time for him to leave though.

People get on Miller's case for letting in that soft goal late in a game after he practically stole the entire game before that. It was always "another soft goal late in a game" when there was no business Buffalo being in that game in the first place. Miller haters will say he couldn't lock a game down no matter what just like supporters (myself included) will say he was the reason they were in the game to begin with.

To be fair (and a Miller lover) Ruff's laid back and cling to a lead style led to a lot of frustrating blown leads

I can't picture the Wild, not with what the vast majority of people say with Vanek going there. I don't see them being able to fit all these contracts.

They have 17 players signed with 22.7 mil to spend. Buyout Backstrom, they're now at 26.1 with 16 players signed. Sign Miller for 3yrs 6 mil per and Vanek 5yrs 7 mil per. Gives them 18 players signed with 13 mil to spend. They could make it work.

That said, I still say Miller ends up in SJ.

Most offensive to me were Quick and Malkin, Kane a close 3rd. Leetch I could give a pass to sort of, but those other 3....no "modern" players should be on these historic lists.

My guess is that the writer is in his mid 30's, from the NY area...and is completely unaware of hockey prior ti 1979. He sucked.
