yes but in the NHL you don't always have time to plant and brace for contact, especially going into the corners. a lot of time you need to rely on point of contact strength, which in the NHL is usually shoulder to shoulder.

I did an over/under on how many pages of talking about Bennett it would take before someone posted this gif. I guessed 5.

The kids in the gym do them over handed, and do tons of them.. The kids have to exercise, strength and flexibility.. So very important..
