oh so now is good shape for respected size? what...im off to look at pics of hockey players with their shirts off
ps Kessel is a fatty and not in good shape - PinkSock
Do you even know what you're arguing anymore?
Kessels got the strongest legs + bends his stick to shoot he's set.
The list of names are all guys who are solid, you don't need to be jacked. But in this game you need to be in shape. A lot of those guys you list train with Gary Roberts.
He's maxed out their size + endurance. If you had massive arms it'd drain too much energy and oxygen. They're arms might not be huge, but they're strong for sure.
The kid that couldn't do one chin up was just sad.
Hopefully it doesn't translate to the NHL. He'll get bullied. Wait.. Maybe the canadiens are gonna draft him!

I did Rhymnasaurus vs hiphopapotamus live back in highschool in 2006.
Idiot in the crowd laughed at me after " my lyrics are bottomless ** goes silent"
Let's just say, I had my business socks on.

How is it reaching?? You think he's more concerned with his legs or his arms??
Leg strength is more important than arm strength. - burn
Read my posts. That's not the point I'm trying to make. My point is that it's ignorant if people don't think that these guys worry about their upper body strength. How many times do you see a stick lift in games these days? It's not the legs keeping the stick on the ice. It's the little things that matter, adding bulk up top doesn't hurt. |

I think this is the most important point here. Whether or not it makes him a good hockey player, he is going to get picked on by all of his buddies for not being able to do one. If I heard in the news that one of my buddies couldn't even do ONE, lets just say it would be the best day.
I would start by getting a sign made to put on his parents lawn: "Home of the guy who can't even do one pull up." I wish more of my friends poor fitness was in the news so badly. |

So prove me wrong. They're talk from all the Leafs saying he's got the strongest legs on the team. |

That'd be funny. Gets home and his WHOLE lawn is covered in those signs, 1 from each buddy. Epic.
Yeah I'd chirp my buddy for not being able to do 1. Any time he had to lift anything I'd be chirping him asking if he needs help. |

No one said otherwise. not saying these guys are wimps in the arms, clearly not the case. But is pretty obvious that the legs are the most important. With out a doubt.

It was just a talent show. I was the host and I wanted in, after I showed everyone the act they couldn't help but put me up there.
I didn't even practice, just went out and did it. I was too busy watching the crowd laugh to even know what I was saying lol.
Apparently I'm good at that stuff.
I have no problem going on stage and getting a crowd going
But I'll fight you instead of calling Chinese people to order food for delivery.
The irony. |

Also pretty clear that strong arms does not mean better shot. Shooting is all about quickness. The hardest shots come from guys hitting the ground several inches behind the puck, or wristers. None of that has any bearing on the size/strength of ones arms. |
