How does French plan on finishing his mock draft? He is only at #25 (started at 30), he does one team per day, and the draft in 16 days... I'm no math whiz, but I don't see that working out unless he does multiple teams per day... I'm not sure that he realizes that yet

Just a random opinion.
Unless a player is fast like yakupov or slow like grigorenko I could really care less about their speed. If u can think the game better than most players you don't need to be blazing fast all over the ice. Just look at moulson and vanek, they saw the play developing really well and recognized good positions to put themselves in to score.

I wouldn't mind if he partnered with someone, but I need him to fix the Sabres before diving head-on into another sports team

Vanek had good north/south speed, just was slow as molasses to get into that gear.

I see your point, and Reinhart isn't slow either, he is just slow compared to Bennett. I personally think we definitely need a speedster or two in our top 6
