I don't imagine he is still holding out hope of being the #1 guy somewhere at this point, but who knows what he is thinking.

Yeah I haven't heard anything. I'd probably guess- and this is just a guess- 1-1.3ish. Which, isn't too bad, but I'd like for them to have a backup on the lower end of that hypothetical range. Like what was just said- Emery is capable and that's key in a goalie tandem.

It's worth a splurge to get the real thing. The kind where they slice it right off the whole leg.

Exactly.

I worked in a deli/hoagie place in my youth. Good, thinly sliced "pruhzhoot" is awesome on sandwiches, but it should complement the other sandwich components....not overwhelm them.

Melon with proscuitto in the summertime is also awesome.

I like to wrap it around shrimp with a piece of basil in between the shrimp and prosciutto and grill them on skewers. Works with halibut cut into chunks too.
