I like not having the commute but otherwise hate home office. I get cabin fever and I need that separation between work and personal life. But that's just me. I think it works if you have a dedicated office in your home which I don't.

I hate work from home. Too easily distracted there. Agree on the need for separation (if you work from home, you're never not at work). And even as an introvert, I need some social interaction at work.
