I was totally serious , I liked him all series . He is the definition of Glue ! Only problem is I don't think he was born near here.

He is from near here ( Coburg , Ontario ) wrong side of the border for Sabre fans.

So Darcy gave him his money a few years early ! When he starts outplaying that salary should we give him a raise right away ? He is still a solid #2 if not a number one . Did you not see him start to takeover games last year ? He is going to be a good one . Sorry your blind rage over his paycheck makes you blind to that . I know personnal in several organizations ( not the Sabres ). They all drool over Myers . They tell me you can't teach size and are amazed at the skating ability that comes with that size. Going to take some more polishing but he is going to be a gem according to them.

Sabres should keep Myers unless it's a no-brainer offer. You can't teach size, he plays with marginal talent, and he's just a puppy. Pronger was not much different early in his career, although he was a lot feistier.

And I think you all are lucky Pegula wants to buy the teams. He's got deep pockets and isn't interested in moving them. My Blues and Rams owners can't boast both of those attributes. Pegula is still learning the sports biz. He'll get the hang of it.
