I don't want to deal TT but this deal is fair and the savings on the cap are amazing for the Hawks.

Of course Haws fans don't like the deal because they think Bickell is God and strangely enough would rather trade Sharp over Bickell.

I wouldn't mind that just as long as 50% of his cap hit was retained - the same goes for Joe Thornton.

However I DON'T want to see Sharp traded - as a life long Hawks fan I would go bonkers if that happened.

The truth is the Hawks aren't looking for a second line center - they're looking for a first line center that will play on the second line.

Also, I don't want to see this team completely redesigned just because we need a 2nd line center.

As far as Kesler - I don't care what JJ says - the Hawks are VERY MUCH in on that sweepstakes.
