Anybody know if the "Hockey News" Draft Preview is on newsstands or store shelves for you young guys?
Wiz has the best stuff, but I've been getting the Preview since they starting putting it out. Kinda like a paper copy for that bathroom reading. Gave up my subscription years ago, and only buy the Preview now. Went to Meijars earlier this week, and they didn't have it.

Anybody can help?

P.S. Head is spinning more than usual with all of JJ's blogs and keeping up with all the back reading. Anyone mention Neilson from the Islanders yet?lol

I have a subscription...like you said it's my bathroom reading. I'm not so big on the average editions, but I really enjoy the special editions (i.e. draft, free agency, season preview).

I've had a hard time finding The Hockey News anywhere in NW Indiana. I'm not sure which Meijer's you went to, but I found a copy of the 25 Greatest Teams at the one in Highland not too long ago.

First two deals are great. Plekanic? No. We dont need a third line center which is what he would be in the hawks line up. He isnt skilled enough to be with Kane. Spezza is not a winner and shows up when he wants. All that for Frans Neilson is a joke. He isnt THAT good.

Not sure Richards is 2nd line center on a top team anymore...He has become the Kings version of Dave Bolland...

This board is a tad fickle, Stinks. Several months ago it would have taken Crosby to get people here to part with TT. Now? Wingels would probably suffice.

First two deals are great. Plekanic? No. We dont need a third line center which is what he would be in the hawks line up. He isnt skilled enough to be with Kane. Spezza is not a winner and shows up when he wants. All that for Frans Neilson is a joke. He isnt THAT good.

I think Spezza will be highly motivated to prove something this year, which is to your point about showing up when he wants. He had 66 pts in a down year in Ottawa and was hurt. He's getting traded and playing for a contract. Could be a big year for him

He didn't make the NHL right away, so naturally everyone writes him off. Some of the proposals I'm seeing her make me rethink my stance regarding universal education.

Nielsen is extremely underrated. I would target him if I were Hawks management.

Well when looking at what we have had in the past your right. Maybe I havent watched him enough, but ive always heard more about his shutdown ability then his offensive gifts. IMO he isnt the center that sweetens the pot for 88. But yes, the poop that we have had to sit through the last few years in that spot makes Plekanic a huge upgrade.
