I'd start the bidding with one 2nd but I think you'd have to at least throw in that third or another second for them to actually pull the trigger. I mean, picks are picks and you can only put a value on them based on their position. But there's always that chance your pick you gave away turns into Shea Weber, ROR, James Neal, NYQUIST<3<3!!, Zetterberg, Saad and so forth. Sure the odds are in our favor especially because the Oilers' track record outside of the first round is an atrocity... so maybe the value would be in our favor in 3 years after all.

Agreed but I think the most Foligno + 31 gets you is a mid to late 1st rounder so i was kinda surprised.

Their fan base seems to like him, however i believe they will take whichever one of Reinhart/Bennett/Ekblad is left over.

I'm also thinking Murray may take him 2nd overall, seems like he could be this years Barkov.
