There is a story circulating in Rochester that Andre Reed and his friends were at a fairly popular nitespot last week, letching on young women, and when some guy spent a little too much time telling Andre how big a fan he was, Andre got all pissed and had the friends rough him up.
Did this kind of stuff go on in Buffalo?. |

Never heard any stories like that . Back then those type of stories were buried a lot easier . Now with smart phones and the internet everyone is a reporter. |

Luke Adam to CBJ for RJU and a 4th.
CBJ blogger says there's no probably no market for him and that Jarmo may have to include an asset with him.
He's not a bad player, would help shore up bottom six (as Murray stated he was looking to do), would be a good leader and would rid CBJ of headache.
Thoughts? |

I see no point in bringing in salary if it's not coming with a 1st rounder. |

I watched part of the france game yesterday. The diving was magnificent. It was like watching two teams of derek roys. Every time there was incidental contact, somebody would fall like a sniper hit them. Then they would bounce back up like it never happened. I guess its a real testimonial to how tough and resilient they are that they were able to soldier on. |

Since soccer is usually a low scoring affair, they should award points for best dives in a match. |

There has been what between 12-15 games in the World Cup ? There are 2460 hockey games in a regular season between all 30 teams in the NHL. |

Yet they still managed to score less than 3 goals per game on average in 2,460 games. You continued to watch and called it exciting.
2014 world cup = boring, yet they scoring more on average then an entire years worth of NHL games.
You may not like soccer, which is fine, but to call it boring and low scoring is false. |

Trying to sell the call is part of any game and some players do it more than others. It's not really about how tough they are, it's the fifa world cup, people are going to try their best to get every call to go in their favour (although why France needed to do it against Honduras is beyond me). |
