i love the flyers and can't wait to see what hexy does to make them better. if the D prospects pan out, with a couple moves and they could be right there in a year or 2......excited for the draft and still hoping i can get to go.

Really think we have to give the d prospects a more realistic time frame.
Assuming they all pan out...which is a big assumption.
Alt might be ready in a year. Needs more Ahl time
Ghost at least a year if not two in the ahl
Haag at least 2 years in ahl
Morin probably back to juniors this year.
Then they all will need time to grow into their nhl roles.
Hate to say it but the likes of Coburn..Schenn..Macdonald...Grossman..Streit..Timmonen ( for this season) is what our d is gonna look like for the next few seasons. Minus Timmonen in a year and barring any trades of course.
Glad to see a few defense prospects in the system for a change as its been a point of frustration as a longtime fan. I still think we need to add a few more at least via draft or trade. Its unrealistic to assume they will all succed to the pros so a few more should benefit the organization. Would like team to look to draft and develop a left winger or 2 or aquire someone via trade if possible.
