Not for nothing, Zajac is probably going to be the next Captain. He had an outstanding season and showed a lot of leadership qualities. No coincidence that he was the second skater reporters wanted to talk to every night.

Of course you like him to be closer to 25 goals than 20, but the guy that played this past season hasn't been around the last 3 years.

I wound't mind Rico, but I know its early for that and Zajac's put in his time. Just want Sal booted for some younger blood at this point.

Long term under 6mil....for the year he just had. I actually think it's a bit of a bargain.

There's a lot to be said for how comfortable he was taking on a big role with the team this year.

Jagr, who knows a thing or two about the game, is the only center he wants to play with.
