We dont know. But I can tell you for a fact that Ekblad has more talent than Coburn ever has or ever will. That doesnt come with age, You either have it or you dont. - GOA88
And these trades? If you think they are crap how are you getting the prospects you need or the picks to rebuild? Teams don't give you quality for dump. |

If I'm the flyers. I am setting up my payroll, in particular the defensive payroll, in order to go all in on mark Staal next summer.
If you land Staal. Who I think is a legit #1 guy. Your 2015 d could potentially look like
Staal-macdonald
Coburn-streit

Ugh - too much hops for me. I'll stick with a nice, creamy, cool, dark Guiness I think. - FlyersGrace
I like the Smithwick's.
Also I love to hit the WEgmans and build my own 12 pack ofr micros. I usually let my duaghter pick them out. Always picks the stuff with animals. |

First of all, Schenn isnt a LW. Coburn isnt all that great. This team will make the playoffs but that is it. How else are they supposed to get better other than dumping some cap and getting propects because signing free agents that are over the hill works just great, right?? - GOA88
Ok, this is starting to look more like a declaration more so than an informed debate.
Im out. Have fun. |

I don't mind Guinness, but it's kind of like drinking a loaf of bread. |

Schenn still has trade value. Coburn is solid but expendable. Personally I cant see Schenn becoming much more than he is. |

I love doing that. I pretty much only drink micro brews but hate buying a case for $40-50 only to realize it's a "meh" beer |

Yep we encourage people to do a selection when they come to our house. So there is always something strange around. But everyone knows a Guiness will never go wrong in my world.
I don't drink as much as I used to (shocking I know).
Although this thread was beginning to drive me that direction! |

Whatever one you want. I'm just saying to scrap this defense and start new. Grossmann, Schenn, Streit, Coburn, etc. etc. I would not miss any of them. - GOA88

It's not that he's not all that great, it's that he shoulders responsibilities here that he's really not best suited for.
Coburn is the Hjalamarsson to your Keith and Seabrooke. The problem is we don't have a Keith or Seabrooke on this team. |

Shiner Bock has a nice flavor without the heaviness of Guiness. It was my big fall back in Texas and now that it's popular you can find it almost anyplace these days. I've just always preferred dark beers. |

A kid who scores 20 goals in his first full season wont become much more than he is?
Gotcha.

Did we watch the same series???? The one in which the Flyers played in their defending zone 75% of the series. - GOA88
Now now, it was only 65% of the time. No need to exaggerate |
