Does she shave afterwards, or are you guys just into that? Just curious, I don't judge. - BulliesPhan87
She shaves shapes, you know like a Christmas tree for the holidays or a heart for valentine's day. |

Now all of a sudden everyone is on board with trading the Schenn Bros., after I just got chastised for even bringing it up. LOL |

If I'm trading Brayden Schenn anywhere, it's with Luke or Coburn for a legit, top pairing, mobile defender. Think Roman Josi or Oliver Ekman Larsson. - mochoson

Whatever we do, DONT TRADE COUTS!! That kid is gonna raise the cup one day. He'll be a rock like Justin Williams. I can see it now. |

It's truly amazing how many players/coaches leave and go on to win Cups. While no matter who the Flyers bring in it doesn't work. It's truly infuriating. |

Shiner Bock has a nice flavor without the heaviness of Guiness. It was my big fall back in Texas and now that it's popular you can find it almost anyplace these days. I've just always preferred dark beers. - FlyersGrace
Bass Ale completely rocks. It's my Guiness fall back. |

Well it seems like a curse but it takes a whole team to win a cup not just the player that we traded. Think of it like this. Williams, Carter & Richards were never going to win here. They had their chance and failed. They went to LA and they have a much better supporting cast. I mean they arent even the best players on that team. Brown, Kopitar, Doughty and Quick are the true leaders of that squad. Without them they are just like the Flyers. No cup.
Richards plays on the 4th line............... |

I don't think this is a shot at the Flyers, but it should be noted that the Flyers did pretty well by John Stevens in the big picture. They gave him a job after he was forced to retire due to an eye injury and they brought him along through the coaching ranks in the AHL and eventually, the NHL.
Eventually, the Kings will fire him too. |

I agree with what you are saying. Carter, Richards, and Williams are a hell of a supporting cast. The Kings are a fantastic team. Not an ounce of dead wood on that roster. |

While I do agree with the notion of always trying to improve, I would like to see the Flyers have a couple spots left open and not automatically filled by veterans coming in to camp.
There are kids in the system, such as Akeson, Laughton and Alt. That I would like to see given a realistic shot at making the team. Have to let the kids try at some point, and take the growing pains.

Columbus got nothing out of Gaborik or Carter, but when they traded them to LA they instantly won Cups. |

Hate that turd. His reactionary system, and letting the bad habits of 'the party gang' grow and fester without stopping them early. With a more assertive, and less player friendly guy I do believe you would see the maturation we see now in Carter/Richards happen in Philadelphia, instead of elsewhere.
Good trades at end of the day, but I'll hate that fool for a while yet. |

Absolutely. Let the kids play. Ghost, Morin, Hagg, Laughton. Would be better in the long run instead of playing Grossmann and others for no reason. Why? so we can be eliminated in the playoffs early again? |
