Because they want to make a 24/7 series about drunk Patty Kane.

IMO this should be the big concern. However he stayed healthy for his first 2 seasons.

It would be one thing if he had injuries the first two years and has been fine since. But the other way around is definitely concerning. The good news is that the injuries haven't generally been the same thing each time.

Yet when you look at the TV ratings in general, no matter what team it is, Buffalo is usually toward the top.

Like when there were more people in Buffalo that watched game 7 of the WCF than there were in LA.

There is a common misconception about those ratings though. The % equates to market size. While Buffalo may have had a higher %, there should have been more people watching in LA.

Buffalo's 8% is vastly different than LA's 5%.

They mentioned right at the end of the season he'd been dealing with a shoulder issue. I think they wanted to try and just rehab it, but it sounds like that must not have been working.

Actually Buffalo metro area viewership would read slightly over a Million people.

1,000,000 x .08 = 80,000 roughly.


Los Angeles having nearly 5 times the population had only slightly more than double the amount of viewers.
