Oh I know you were being sarcastic. Just saying I think he's got a year or two left tops

If he were to sign with Chicago, I'd have no doubt he'd put up 60-65 points and stabilize their 2nd line.

He'd still be an effective player on a stacked team, he just can't be "The Guy".

Kulemin,J. Jokinen,Santorelli,Setoguchi. Those are the 4 UFA forwards I'd look at, sign maybe 2 of them

He was put with talent in NY. He got demoted

He was also always on the #1 PP unit.

Guy only had 32 even strength points this season

Kulemin is a decent look. I'd have no issue with him for 3-4 years

Yup, I'd like to see this team get quicker overall. Stralman would be a decent add on D if NYR choose to let him go.

Yea, I'm not big on Stralman to be honest. I think he's a 5-6 on a good team like New York and is gonna get #3 d-man money

I'd be okay with it short term, but if he's getting offers in the 4 year range then i'd probably pass on him as well.

Played 210 of 212 games in a Ranger uniform.

Over an 82 game season he averaged 81.226 games played, factor in his ppg of .719 over that time, it equals 58.405 points per season.

He hits those totals playing with Kane IMO, but another player that shouldn't be signed for anything longer than 2-3 years max. Again for Chicago maybe looking for the cheaper alternative over Thornton, Spezza, or Kesler; it might be the right fit.
