If you're going to move BSchenn Coburn Hagg 17th overall and a 2nd in next years deep draft do you want Kane/Bogo or do you want OEL and cap room to sign a LW?

I mean that offer isnt that far off from what Nashville wanted for Weber. We dont want Kane that badly.

Yes. I said I'd rather not go for either and overpay to try to pry Trouba out. Think I was fairly explicit in saying that, but might not have been.

FWIW, Florida was dead last in PK% last year.

What did I get wrong in his game? His game is on the offensive side? He isn't a shutdown dman. He's got a cap hi of 7million. He is over 35. We are currently trying to move Vinny who's cap hit is 4.5 so why do i want to bring on another older player with a higher cap hit? To move MacDonald for Campbell just isn't something i want.

I don't want them to do anything like that -- why does anyone feel like risking a young player whose only real crime is being inconsistent, the team's best defenseman on an amazing contract, a defense prospect who we were lucky to get in the second round a year ago and a first-round pick for Winnipeg's problems or just one asset in return is the best play here?

Opening holes all over the roster...I just don't feel that is the way to win.

I think people were saying move Vinny as well, which actually gets you cap savings and less years.

Just because he kills penalties on a terrible team doesn't mean he is a good PK guy.
They are a team with 2 experienced D men, one of whom stopped be jovocop years ago and then they have a guy in kulikov that will be good and get better going forward. everyone else is wet behind the ears, so Campbell MUST play in all situations for them.

I think I'd cream my pants if we really got Campbell for Vinny + Amac

Am I the only one who actually wants Ho-Sang? 17 may be early but if he's there in the 2nd round and we pass I'm not going to be too happy.
