You're using a stat to compare two players that isn't capable of doing that. Corsi cannot be used to compare two players, and say this player is a better player. It's not capable of doing that. That is a basic flaw of Corsi. Sometimes a good player on a bad team, has bad corsi numbers. That's a fundamental truth of Corsi. So I disagree that you have a strong position.

Secondly as far as your previous post is concerned. You have such a strong position that the conversation was directed away from the actual topic which was the proposed trade, and the merits of MacDonald versus Campbell as players. Towards me and the opinion you have that I favor every signing the Flyers make, and whether the MacDonald was a good signing or not. When neither of those two topics, have anything to do with the discussion.

To add to another story with a different buddy I had an argument with during the middle of this season while the Kesler rumours were going on. Die hard Canucks fan. We argued for days that Kesler would be traded and this guy was in total disbelief. He was positive it would never happen, sharing link of Kesler claiming he didn't want to go but where there is smoke, there is fired. I believe Kesler originally asked for the trade and the Media ran with it.
