Where are you getting that number??? They can go 10% over for the summer but you have to be compliant by opening day....And you cant use LTIR till after season has started.

I'm aware of all the rules, and you can use LTIR before the season starts. You have to be compliant at the end of training camp, not by opening day.

I've seen them with less and still do moves. Move Vinny and depending on the deal, they could sign some good pieces.

Stuck at work till 8, anyone know where they were streaming it? Was hoping CSNphilly would like they did for the NBA, but doesn't seem to be.

I worry about the move they'll have to make to fit guys in.

Barbashev, Sanheim, or Larkin if they stay at #17. If they move up, gotta believe it will be for Ritchie.
