Interesting year for sure. If some of the youth is ready the team could press for a playoff spot, if not they could press for McDavid. Also much contingent on the Sedin and goaltending play.

I don't think the lineup is anywhere near rounded out, plus, you can't slot guys in, they've gotta earn their jobs now. I really like that!!!

It appears he wants to roll 4 two-way C's. Not have to worrry so much about matchups.

Yeah there definitely appears to be some more wind behind Benning's boat right now. I don't think we'll see another C but a top 6 winger would help. I don't see Myers coming here as part of any realistic trade now that the draft is done.

I like it. I've long stated by fanship of Downie and Ott. Don't like Bolland much and Moulson will be seeking $2m more per year than he's worth. Plus the healthy scratches in the playoffs hasn't helped that opinion. Would rather slot Jensen on that 2 LW

I would like to see Moore come here as a 4 th liner with Dorsett but we all know too much family history , so I would replace him with Winnick and go after Orr .

Bolland is too injury prone for me and I would basically reshape Mathias to be a troll instigator third liner.

Half a beer in already landed 2 trout. Sunshine and a couple good days of hockey. Life is good. Still disappointed with the draft a little but all in all still pretty good.

Haven't the slightest clue... My brain is stuck in NFL mode when it comes to cap, structure & value. The Toews & Kane rumor ($12 mill per each) from the other day blew my mind & I don't know what to think anymore.
