Although I disagree about moving down, I am fairly confident that 4 would give a lot to move up to 1.

He seems really confident and happy with this draft's outcome so at the moment I'm happy.

Lemiuex thought his worst interview was with Buffalo which is why he was so surprised to be picked. Sounds like the Murry and his team were really challenging these kids to impress them.

After the quantity of mid to low 1sts and high 2nds we've added over the years, I really didn't care all that much about who we picked after Reinhart. Our depth is there, it needs the elite talent, Reinhart is step 1.

I'm going to jut put it out there that Claude Lemieux is actually one of my favorite hockey players from the 90s, and if his son can be 75% of what he was I will love this pick.

For a 31st pick you'd probably want something a little better/with more upside but considering the depth of this draft I'd say it was a decent pick.

Perhaps he can bottle some of his old man's playoff magic and unveil it when this team is finally able to get back there.

I'm writing the script as we speak. Claude was a clutch playoff performer with multiple cups. His son follows in his footsteps and helps bring Buffalo to glory...finally. Would be a great story.

I'm happy with how it turned out, it's the same thing every (frank)ing year with us. We pass up a player and we get super pissed about it and then turns out it wasn't as bad as we thought. No more emotional reactions from me. Murray is in it to win it and I trust him.
