Not bad. A little disappointed by the lack of drama surrounding the Oilers at the draft...plus I listedned to the pipeline show and sounds to me like the Oilers took almost all their picks way too early. Not upset though, most 4th rounders and up don't amount to sh!t.

Yeah, LD is the right player, and the right pick for the Oilers. Not saying he is the best of the "4", but I think if Edmonton drafted 1st they should have taken him anyway.

Super stoked for Draisaitl. I wonder if he's mean at all on the ice? Perron will likely be his winger a good chunk of the time along with Yak, but I think a "bad influence" on his left could be a good thing, kinda like Claude Lemeiux was to Peter Forseberg.

I asked around earlier if he is mean or gritty. From what another poster said, he can have a mean streak if he is provoked. French said he is kinda like Malkin in that sense. Couldn't find any fights in his junior career but having Perron along side him couldn't hurt. I have become a huge fan of Perron's since his acquisition.
