I agree with the lines. I would like to see them switch up Hall and Perron for a game though. See if Yak and Hall can reignite the chemistry and get Yak his confidence back. As for Gagner, still a heart and soul player. Lots of arguments for keeping him even if it is third line minutes but they do need a dman in a bad way. Ehrhoff being bought out would be great but he will have other suitors as well. He might not be a 1-2 guy but for our needs right now, he might be the next best thing (while our rookies mature). Plus we wouldn't have to give up assets to get him. However the rumor (and I never trust TOR rumors) is that they are going after a big name forward. Might reignite the Dion talks.

Any of you capologists try to estimate how buying power at free agency?
I mean, considering the amount of RFA's we need to sign, Dollars per roster spot available (3.3Mill ) and general appeal (Team standings/future,quality of life, etc).....Are we sitting good?

From the looks of things, Anaheim could cash in on a UFA D-Man or 2 and be well below the cap. Can sell a pretty good chance at Stanley too.
